I have been in the Real Estate business for over 32 years; I’ve been on both sides as a buyer and a seller and have helped many people with their Real Estate needs directly or through referrals to other professionals. 

I am a person with many talents in several fields, all of which have added to my robust background in Real Estate and understanding of working with people.

I started in 1986 in the construction industry. I was 17 years old when I started working in the DMV area. By 1989, I decided to expand in another direction and went to Lincoln Technical Institute to study automotive technology. After graduation, I worked at several automotive shops to broaden my skills in automotive and customer service while getting exposed to many different auto manufacturer technologies. By 1994 I had become very skilled at working on Mercedes Benz products at an independent repair shop.  In 1997 I was recruited by Mercedes Benz of Tysons Corner and have risen since then to a master certified technician with over 25 years of experience with Mercedes products. But my love for real estate precedented my affinity for automotive technologies.       

In the early 1990s, my Real Estate career was also beginning to take shape.  My first adventure was trying to rehabilitate a flooded-out and decrepit home sitting right next to a 7 - Eleven.  Yup, a 7- Eleven – talk about “curb appeal.”  While this wasn’t the easiest way to get one’s feet, literally wet in the real estate field, I truly fell in love with the idea of fixing up homes to make them places people could call home. 

By 1995 I was heavily investing in Real Estate and managing acquisitions, rentals, and construction.     

Thus far, it’s been a wild and enjoyable experience working in this industry.  Some of my past projects include transforming the interiors and exteriors of many properties. I have transformed garage space into living space and carports into full garages; I’ve also built out many basements, kitchens, bathrooms, and replaced floors as well as added decks, patios, landscaping, gazebos, driveways, retaining walls, and sump systems. My biggest project to date was adding a complete 1300-square foot pop-up addition to a house and an in-law suite.

So why the long story here?  Having been around the Real Estate business for 32 years, I’ve helped many people with their Real Estate needs.  I am able to see properties not only for what it is but also for what they could be. "I know what's behind the walls"  I’ve been through the process many times, as a buyer and a seller, and I have been successful through several market changes. I have acquired a unique set of skills and passion for this business.
